Order Cancellation and Changes

Life is unpredictable, and plans may change. For this reason, we offer a 48-hour grace period from the point of purchase during which you can cancel or amend your order with no additional costs. After this period, the crafting process of your bespoke product commences - materials are procured, and our artisans' schedules are set. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes post the 48-hour window.

In specific circumstances, if the crafting process hasn't started, or the product is a mass-produced accessory, we may offer a refund. These situations are considered on an individual basis, so please contact us promptly if you need to discuss this option.

Refunds and Returns

Considering the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds or accept returns after the 48-hour grace period, except for the exceptions mentioned above. Our artisans invest significant time, skills, and heart into every piece. Each item is therefore unique and may vary from the original product listing, pictures, or descriptions.

Delays and Delivery Times

Siam Blades is a marketplace that proudly showcases a diverse selection of Thai vendors, each with their distinct crafting queue and work pace. Consequently, the delivery times for each vendor or product may vary, and the timelines mentioned in the product listings are subject to change.

While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, there may be occasional delays outside our control, such as shipping delays with Thailand Post, unexpected events impacting our artisans' schedules, or import/export of materials. In these instances, we promise to keep you informed and work diligently to get your bespoke order to you as soon as possible.

Defects or Damages

At Siam Blades, we stand firmly behind the superior quality of our products. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at info@siamblades.com, and we'll do everything within our means to rectify the issue. Please note that return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be the buyer's responsibility, and any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the face of exceptional circumstances such as pandemics, natural disasters, or other significant events, we reserve the right to extend our order fulfillment timeframe. Should such an extension be necessary, we'll notify you promptly and maintain transparent communication until your order is completed.

Disputes

We greatly value our relationship with our customers and aim to handle all disputes with fairness and transparency. However, in the event of fraudulent activities, we will engage the necessary legal procedures to resolve the matter.

Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, custom orders, made-to-order items, sale items, or gift cards. For queries regarding your specific item, please feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend you to return the original item (at your expense). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have a legitimate issue, please let us know, and we will investigate. Should the refund be approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Kindly bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
