- Class lengths are recommended 8 hour days, starting at 830 AM or earlier if possible. Extra time as needed is available at the discretion of the instructor.

In our Tier 3 Chef Knife Making Class, you'll be making the instructor's choice of a Bunka or Gyuto chef knife. Make sure to let them know your preference prior to class commencing!
