Siam Blades is in full operation, maintaining COVID protocols where necessary. Our artisans & team are hard at work completing orders. Delays tend to occur from shipping services, suppliers and partners on a limited basis. Our staff are happy to assist with tracking or order updates when contacted. Please feel free to reach out if you require an update.

Your support is much appreciated during this time. We will do everything in our power to complete all orders in a timely fashion, ASAP. We have reduced our catalog of products to include mostly ready-to-ship items, or orders from makers with short turnaround times to compensate for delayed shipping.

CURRENT QUEUE TIMES:

Ready-To-Ship items will be shipped out within 1 week from purchasing. (ie. Shoppro axes, Merch & Apparel, any items marked "Ready to Ship")
All Made-To-Order items currently have a 2-4 week backlog. Occasional delays 4-6+ weeks may occur depending on product, maker and seasonal availability.
Select Made-To-Order products take longer than 4 weeks to make, and varies depending on the time of year and by maker. Siam Blades reserves the right to postpone shipment to ensure completion and quality control.
Delays may be experienced due to delays outside of our control. (ie. Shipping delays from suppliers, manufacturer delays, Government lockdowns, etc).

SHIPPING UPDATES:

We've upgraded our Worldwide Flat Rate Shipping ($25 on each order) to Air Express via Thailand Post. The estimated time of arrival varies from country to country. Since March 2022, we no longer offer free air express shipping but charge a flat rate fee of $25 per order.
Typically Air Express takes 10-21 days to arrive on average. We've been experiencing occasional delays 4-6 weeks during the Holiday Season 2021 & Q4.
Covid delays beyond 6 weeks have been experienced in some regions from early 2020-2021. These delays are rare and limited since Q3 2021.
Packages leave Thailand within 1 week after posted.
Postal Services around the world continue to no longer offer shipping guarantees on estimated shipping rates.
EMS Air 1 Week Shipping Service is available upon request.

We've started shipping in stock quantities to our office in Canada, and will utilize Canada Post where applicable. Our Shopro Axes ship from Canada within 1-3 days. All Merch ships from US with varying fulfillment and shipping estimates.
Tracking numbers may not be updated online until closer to arrival in the receiver's country and/or local city.

Please contact your local postal service provider if experiencing shipping delays. In some cases, shipments may require manual pick up from a local post office, or payment of duty taxes from Customs.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

As stated in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on any product after 48 hours from point of purchase.
We are happy to review any issues with our products when contacted and we'll do our best to make it right.
Please do not cancel your order once we have shipped it, as we are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
Opening a chargeback results in a 4 month automatic delay to resolve, outside of our control. Please contact us prior for faster resolutions.

We are focusing all our resources to complete queue of orders placed during 2021. As such, our custom order books are now closed for 2022, until further notice. Only orders purchased on our website will be processed.
