1. What is the expected processing time for my order?
At Siam Blades, each item is handcrafted by skilled artisans, which may require additional time depending on the maker, season, or specific product. Please consult our current queue times for estimates on how long each individual order takes to make, as well as current shipping estimates. We trust our artisans' judgment and do not rush their work to ensure the highest quality. If you’d like an update or progress pictures, feel free to reach out to us!
2. Why is my order taking so long?
We understand that waiting for your handmade item can be challenging. Our artisans put great care into each piece, and we maintain constant communication between our makers and clients to ensure a trustworthy service from start to finish. If you have any concerns, we’re always here to provide friendly updates.
3. Why is shipping taking longer than expected?
Since early 2020, shipping providers worldwide have removed shipping guarantees, and delays may occur. We sincerely apologize for any delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control once a package is shipped. We offer Air Express shipping at a flat rate of $25 USD, and our customer service team is ready to assist with tracking logistics.
Once shipped, Thailand Post or DHL typically ensures our packages leave the country within a few days. However, international postal services in your home country may experience delays. Please check with your local service for any updates.
4. What should I do if my package hasn’t moved?
If you notice that your package hasn’t moved since it left Thailand, please allow several weeks to accommodate potential delays. We are investigating these cases as requested and will start an investigation immediately once notified about any lost or delayed shipments.
5. Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Please check your local tariffs and import laws prior to ordering, as additional fees may apply.
6. Will I need to sign for my package?
Yes, signatures may be required upon delivery. If a package is not received, it may be returned within 2 weeks.
7. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. In such cases, buyers must work with their local shipping provider to resolve the issue.
8. What are the current queue times for orders?
- Ready-To-Ship Items: Shipped within 1 week.
- Made-To-Order Items: 2-4 week backlog, with potential delays of 4-6 weeks depending on the product and maker.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
As per our policy, we do not offer refunds or returns after 48 hours from purchase. However, we are happy to address any issues with our products, so please reach out if needed.
