Siam Blades holds the right to delay or postpone order fulfillment or shipment of your product for any reason. Some orders may be delayed due to COVID quarantine procedures in our various work locations as deemed necessary by local laws. IE: if one of our workers or staff believes they may have come in contact with COVID or someone experiencing COVID symptoms, we reserve the right to postpone production or shipping to ensure our packages are sanitized before being shipped.
We reserve these rights because our blades are made to order or custom made for each listing.
All orders will be unique and may differ from original product listing, pictures or description posted. You agree not to hold Siam Blades responsible in any capacity if the product is altered from the original product listing.
Our store policies are strict, but fair. We do not wish to sell to anyone that may expect rainforest-delivered, mass produced cheap products received immediately. Our products take a lot of time and work to craft by hand or machine where applicable, and we want our customers to feel valued with the amount of effort and energy we put into each product.
Orders may be delayed due to a variety of reasons, not limited to: Labour delays due to personal reasons. Shipping delays outside of our control. Import/export of materials being delayed. Slow production times due to reasons we deem necessary. We are a family business and our artisans are part-time professionals and perfectionists.
You agree not to rush or demand services from Siam Blades for any reason. We work at our own steady pace and our products reflect this excellence. Please do not be disrespectful by rushing our artisans. Our work is considered functional art, and artists are not to be rushed or disrespected for any reason.
Our products are made with love and attentive care to details. Do not disrespect us by asking for a refund because your order was delayed by a postal service outside of our control, or if our artisans request more time to complete an order due to personal family life or professional endeavours. This is may be a part time gig as our families and professional lives take precedence. Our valued customers will receive exceptional products with updates when requested. Please have confidence that we fulfill all orders, regardless how long certain delays may take.
Siam Blades reserves the right to postpone orders for up to 2 years before an independent review of each order will be commenced. The results of the investigation will be conducted by Siam Blades in a fair and just manner, and results may not be shared with all parties but may be updated upon request.
We, as knife making communities, stand against fraudulent orders and erroneous cancellations due to buyer remorse or fraud. Do not purchase with us, or any of our suppliers, partners or associates, if you cannot wait past potential delays due to materials being delayed, labour delays, COVID delays, Acts of God, shipping delays or any delay deemed reasonable by Siam Blades. You agree that Siam Blades may change the order fulfillment timeframe at our own discretion. Any request for updates will be granted on orders when requested.
After 48 hours from point of purchase, your payment will be processed and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You agree to these Terms of Service & Refund Policy when purchasing from our site, online or offline. After 48 hours, Siam Blades sends payment to their suppliers and staff commence labour on your product. Materials are procured as needed and handmade or machine labour is commenced as we deem needed. Due to the custom handmade nature of all our products, all parties agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any fraudulent attempts to defraud Siam Blades will be reported to our local law enforcement and the buyer's local law enforcement. You agree that any legal fees incurred to Siam Blades will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, you, not Siam Blades. These fees will be recovered through a method deemed necessary by Siam Blades' legal counsel. Payment is due within 30 days of any such occurrences and you agree to these terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are an independent small business and if it is our mistake we will make it right according to what we determine is necessary. Any returns or exchanges will be at the cost of the buyer with a refund offered on the original purchase method if deemed eligible by Siam Blades.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or sharp objects. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund requests are permitted on a case by case basis. You agree that Siam Blades is not liable or obligated to issue a refund, at their own discretion. If it's a legitimate issue, please let us know and we will investigate each case individually.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
