Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING INFORMATION
Siam Blades reserves the right to use whichever shipping service they deem necessary to ship items to you, the customer. 
You agree that your order may be delayed due to postal services from any company for any reason.
You agree that no refunds, returns or cancellations on products or shipping are granted after 48 hours from point of purchase.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING UPDATES
Siam Blades will perform customer service to assist with tracking issues when requested. Please contact us at siamblades@gmail.com to inquire about your shipment's status. 

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING DELAYS 
Since COVID start in 2020, postal service disruptions have been improving internationally.  We now ship with Air Express 10-21 days but there may be delays in your local region. We reserve the right to delay or postpone shipping services for any reason. You agree to not hold Siam Blades responsible for delayed shipments, lost or stolen goods or any other cause of concern when it relates to shipping. Once Siam Blades ships a package and provides tracking information if applicable, you agree to accept package at point of arrival whether a signature is required or not. Purchasing with us is a contract that you agree to not back out of due to buyer remorse or due to lost/stolen/delayed shipments. Once shipped, Siam Blades cannot intercept or redirect packages and you agree to accept all packages at the stated address provided on your purchase order.

SHIPPING DELAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AIR EXPRESS 10-21 DAY ESTIMATE. DUE TO POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, WE OFFER NO GUARANTEES WITH SHIPPING. EMS AIR 1 WEEK IS THE BEST METHOD FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
You agree to purchase additional shipping services if you require faster shipments as required and at your sole discretion. Siam Blades is not responsible for expensive, fast shipping services paid for that may be delayed or postponed due to COVID or for any reason.
If orders are delayed or lost after 3-12 months, Siam Blades will investigate these cases individually.
Please contact your postal service to inquire about any delays to your region.

SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LAWS
Siam Blades does not ship to countries where local laws forbid certain products. Buyers are solely responsible for abiding by all of their local laws and regulations. Siam Blades is not responsible for contravention of these laws and buyers assume all responsibility if items are confiscated at customs or elsewhere. Buyers agree by purchasing through Siam Blades, they will not hold Siam Blades responsible for lost or confiscated shipments.
