Fresh Arabica Coffee From Doi Chang, Thailand

Grown in the high mountains of Doi Chang, Thailand at an altitude of 1200feet above sea level. Coffee beans are hand picked from plants growing at high-altitudes, down hill on the side of a mountain range.  The plants are grown 2-3 years to maturity, and the beans are harvested once a year from the crop.  Sun dried for 7-10-15 days depending on the amount of sunshine.  All locally harvested and processed by local Thai villagers. Roasted in an industrial premium roaster on site.
